esky013 Great songwriting. The lyrics took me on a journey where I reflected on times in my past, but I don't hold that against you, Brent!

An all-around great album that I'm glad to have had the chance to listen to. It will be on heavy rotation for some time. Favorite track: New Postcode.

about

The debut solo album of singer-songwriter & producer Brent Hood.

2022 celebrates 20 years since Brent started playing in a band and writing songs. Influenced by the big boom of american punk bands that took over the airwaves in the late 90s & early 2000s, this release nods towards that punchy pop-punk sound which made Brent pick up a guitar and never look back.

Entirely self-produced at his home studio, Brent plays all instruments and mixed the whole record himself.. as well as designing the artwork for the cover, which is a photo of Brent, aged 3, back in summer 1992.

Make sure you turn it up extremely loud!
